Scope of services
Services are provided as described in the agreed quotation or written scope. Work outside that scope is treated as a new request and quoted separately.
Quotations and payment
Cost and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are stated in the quotation. Third-party costs such as domains and hosting are billed at actuals.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, required content and timely access or approvals. Delays in these may affect delivery timelines.
Hardware and repairs
Hardware repair and part replacement depend on the device and issue, and are confirmed only after diagnosis. We recommend backing up data before any service; we are not responsible for pre-existing faults or data loss caused by failing hardware.
Security services
We provide legitimate defensive security services only. We do not perform password cracking or unauthorized testing of systems we have no written permission to assess.
Support and revisions
Post-delivery support and the number of included revisions are defined per project. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate engagement.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
